Roll Call taken – 23 in attendance

Treasury Report:

Brian Walachy passed out information on pay outs to review the yearly club costs
and support of a request to increase yearly dues. Increases of $15 and $30 to $185
and $200 respectively were discussed. Mark Consolini noted that in review of the
request to increase dues to $185, the club had previously voted and approved the
request in 2010 but never followed up collecting the additional $15 per year from
each member.

Tournament Report:

Tournament requests were sent out for Oxbow, Barton’s Cove and the dare Library.

Potential dates for next year’s tournaments:
1. Hudson River -- August 5
2. Ct River Hartford -- June 10
3. Oxbow Hadley -- October 7
4. Barton’s Cove -- July 8
5. Candlewood -- September 8
6. Highland -- May 6
Club Standings for 2011 are not out at the time of this meeting.

Tim Jaques noted that the club needs more support at the ramps at all tournaments.
